About the Role

As our Beauty Advisor / Team Leader, you will:

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of eight to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Drive store performance through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Share your expertise in skincare and makeup to deliver personalised beauty solutions.
- Inspire your team with fresh ideas,



creative initiatives, and innovative selling strategies.
- Foster a positive, energetic, and results-focused environment.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has previous leadership or supervisory experience in retail.
- Is passionate about beauty, with robust knowledge of skincare and makeup.
- Has a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Is highly motivated by KPIs and enjoys driving team performance.
- Thinks outside the box and brings creative ideas to engage customers and boost sales.
- Is an inspiring leader who can coach, develop, and motivate others to succeed.
- Has experience in makeup artistry desirable but not essential
