As a Legal Counsel at CS Energy, your duties will include but not limited to:

- Provides trusted, pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice to support business decision-making and the achievement of CS Energy's strategic and operational objectives.
- Acts as a key legal partner to stakeholders across the organisation,



delivering timely, practical and outcome-focused legal services.
- Supports the effective management of the legal function across a broad range of commercial, regulatory and operational matters.
- Leads and manages legal matters relating to commercial disputes, litigation, procurement activities, energy sector issues and regulatory compliance.
- Negotiates, drafts, reviews and settles a range of commercial agreements, contracts and dispute resolution arrangements.
- Identifies, assesses and manages legal risk, ensuring legal obligations are met while supporting commercial outcomes and business priorities.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external advisers to resolve complex legal issues and deliver practical, risk-based solutions.
- Prepares and reviews legal advice, reports, briefings and recommendations for the Board, Executive Leadership Team and management.
- Exercises sound legal judgement and provides clear, practical guidance on complex legal and regulatory matters.
- Builds solid stakeholder relationships and effectively translates legal concepts into commercially relevant advice that supports organisational objectives.
- Ensures legal strategies and advice are aligned with CS Energy's commercial, operational and strategic priorities.
