The Role
As a Claims Manager, you will provide technical claims guidance and support across complex workers' compensation matters, partnering closely with key stakeholders to influence positive outcomes. Your focus will be on:

- Providing technical advice and coaching to support effective claims management decisions
- Supporting complex and long-duration claims through proactive intervention strategies
- Facilitating case conferences, requesting medical information, and coordinating key actions to progress claims
- Applying strong Return to Work and Injury Management expertise to achieve meaningful outcomes
- Collaborating within a high-performing team environment focused on improving customer experiences

This role is suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on, influencing outcomes, and using their technical expertise to support frontline teams.

About You
You will have:





- Strong experience managing complex workers' compensation or personal injury claims
- Demonstrated expertise in Return to Work and Injury Management practices
- Experience within self-insurance, workers' compensation, CTP, or similar personal injury environments
- Robust case management capability, including stakeholder engagement and clinical decision-making
- The ability to provide practical advice, coach others, and influence positive outcomes
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

Candidates with allied health backgrounds (such as Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy) who have transitioned into corporate injury management environments are also encouraged to apply.
