Residential Gardens 106 resident aged care facility located in Rooty Hill and specialises in Residents who come from a Spanish Speaking Culturally and Linguistically background. ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking passionate, experienced and person centred Assistant in Nursing who is required to assist in the provision of quality care services to residents within the facility in a professional efficient manner and demonstrate an empathetic attitude to the needs of residents.

You will ensure resident's safety, security, dignity, privacy and well-being at all times, actively contribute to the promotion of best practice in WH&S; and continuous quality improvement, and promote the culture and philosophies of Residential Gardens.

You must address the following Essential Criteria to be considered for an interview.

ESSENTIAL:

- Experience working within aged care
- Available weekdays and or weekends,



including afternoon and night shifts.
- Certificate Level III or IVin Care Support Services or Certificate III or IVin Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community) or above.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a team.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills.
- Good oral and written communication and comprehension skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work within WH&S; and a continuous improvement environment.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
- Ability to work within a multi-tasking, multi-skilled work environment.
- Trustworthy, pleasant and outgoing demeanour.
- Reliable, flexible approach to rostering.

DESIRABLE:

- Bilingual – Spanish and English (Spanish Desirable)
