In-House Part-Time Bookkeeper (Potential to Transition to Full-Time)

We are currently seeking an experienced In-House Bookkeeper to join our office on a part-time basis, with the opportunity for the role to grow into a full-time position as the business continues to expand.

About the Role

Working closely with management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounts payable and receivable
- Bank and credit card reconciliations




- Payroll processing
- BAS preparation and assistance with GST compliance
- Superannuation and payroll tax processing
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Liaising with our external accountant
- End-of-month reconciliations and reporting
- General bookkeeping and administrative duties as required

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in bookkeeping (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Proficient with MYOB (essential)
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Able to work independently while also being part of a close-knit team
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing business
