We are seeking an organised, customer-focused Caravan Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Burleigh Heads. This role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of used caravans and Tuff Track Campers, ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and professional handover experience from final preparation through to collection or delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate caravan deliveries with customers.
- Liaise with the sales, service, and parts departments to ensure caravans are delivery-ready.
- Confirm all pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and accessories are completed on time.
- Prepare delivery paperwork, registrations, and warranty documentation.
- Conduct customer handovers, explaining caravan features and operation.
- Coordinate transport and delivery logistics where required.
- Maintain accurate records and delivery schedules.
- Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after delivery.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy and experience with scheduling or dealership software (preferred).
- Knowledge of caravans or the RV industry is an advantage but not essential.
