OZ Excavator Buckets is seeking an experienced Workshop Foreman to lead the fabrication and assembly team in our Oxley workshop. This hands-on leadership role requires practical manufacturing knowledge and the ability to supervise approximately 15 staff, ensuring safety, quality and on-time production.

You will work closely with Production, Engineering and QA while maintaining ISO 9001 standards, mentoring trades and driving continuous improvement.
