About the Role
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will help create a comfortable and memorable stay for every guest.
This is a part-time position, offering regular, ongoing hours for team members seeking secure employment within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards
- Replenish linen, guest amenities and room supplies
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas as required
- Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Ensure housekeeping trolleys and storage areas remain clean and well stocked
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to achieve daily service targets
About You
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards
- Reliable, punctual and professionally presented
- Flexible to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude with excellent time management skills
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
