What you'll be doing
- Greeting and assisting customers at the trade counter, answering their questions and helping them find the right products
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Prepare Orders, Quotes and Invoices.
- Phone Sales and email enquiries.
- Stock management, order processing, and dispatch of goods
- Picking orders and stock control duties where required
- Full-time position - 40 hours per week + 4 hours when working every second Saturday morning.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a sales role, ideally withinplumbing, renovation, bathroom, design or home improvement & irrigation industries.
- Or you have previous plumbing/trades/irrigation experience looking to move into a customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail for accurate order processing
- A friendly, helpful and professional manner when dealing with customers
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
