At Battery World Castle Hill, we don't just sell car batteries. We help customers with automotive, marine, motorcycle, caravan, camping, mobility, golf cart, household, and specialty battery solutions. We also provide roadside assistance, battery testing, jump-starts, and on-site battery replacement services.

Every day is different. One moment you could be helping a customer choose the right battery for their 4WD setup, the next you could be fitting a battery to a late-model vehicle, assisting a stranded motorist, or helping a local business keep its equipment running.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position combining sales, technical work, and on-road service. You'll be part of a high-performing team where results matter and effort is recognised.

You'll work a rotating roster (including weekends) and play a key role in driving both customer experience and store performance.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone





Building rapport and confidently closing sales

Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Testing, diagnosing, and fitting batteries across multiple applications

Completing roadside assistance jobs (jump-starts and battery replacements)

Maintaining store presentation and stock control

Supporting the growth and performance of the business

Learning about a broad range of battery, power, charging, and accessory products

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years sales and/or retail experience (automotive highly regarded)

Someone who naturally connects with customers and drives sales

Strong work ethic with a results-driven mindset

High level of ownership and accountability

Ambition to step into a management role

Physically capable of hands-on work

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Current Australian Driver's Licence (required)

Interest in automotive, 4WD, camping, marine, or recreational products highly regarded
