Hive and Wellness Australia is seeking an experienced Production Chief Line Operator for our Richlands packing lines. You will lead the line, coach the team, and ensure safety, quality, and GMP standards are met while keeping production on target.
You will manage changeovers, fix line issues, and drive continuous improvement with the Manufacturing Manager. A First Aid qualification and packing machinery experience are preferred, with onsite perks and a supportive culture.
