We’re looking for our next committed and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team!
We are initially looking forcasual roles, with both day and night shifts available.
LIONS@Springwood is the official social club of the Brisbane Lions based in Springwood.
Our venue offers 200 gaming machines with the latest games available, TAB facilities, our Cage Bar with plenty of TVs for the sport fans, the 5th Quarter Restaurant with an incredible variety of meals to suit everyone and an enclosed kids’ area.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide outstanding service to our members and guests
- Restaurant and Bar duties including seating customers, taking food orders, preparing drink orders, operating cash registers
- Work closely with our Kitchen team to ensure smooth food service for customersEnsure an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the Restaurant and Bar areas
- Cashier function including receipt and processing of coins, notes and pay-out vouchers
- Always observe and enforce RSA and RSG procedures and legislation
What you will need to be successful:
- Experience in the hospitality industry,
preferably in the Food & Beverage Industry
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG)
- Barista experience desired but not essential
- Collaborative and dynamic team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
- High-level of personal presentation, grooming and hygiene
- Ability to work shifts across a 7-day per week roster including night shifts
