Our successful & growing business is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in our Sydney Office!

Reporting into our Sales Director, you be responsible for winning new contracts and ensure the growth of this company. In addition to this role, you will also;

Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and proactive lead generation.

Create and implement innovative and effective sales and promotional strategies with the marketing team.

Lead initiatives that engage with business partners to drive growth.

Deliver proposals in various settings, from one-on-one meetings to boardroom presentations.

Actively promote the company’s products and services.

About You:

- Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.
- 3+ years of B2B new business development experience (preferably in a facilities/cleaning industry).
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- A critical thinker with a demonstrated ability to execute strong strategies.
- Skilled in creating and delivering presentations.
- A go-getter,



passionate, sales-driven individual.
- Experience in tender preparation is desirable.
