Floridia Cheese, a family-owned manufacturer in Thomastown, is expanding its maintenance department. The Facilities Manager will lead facilities, engineering and maintenance operations, balancing reactive work with planned maintenance to maximise asset reliability.
This onsite, full time role runs Monday–Friday with weekend/on-call rotation. You will implement best practices, manage budgets, lead contractors, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and compliance.
