A day in the life of a Customer Delivery Driver
Join our Sydney team as a full time member of our airside operations team and become the face of dnata catering & retail on the tarmac. In this hands‑on role you will act as the key link between dnata and Cabin Crew, working closely to ensure a smooth, accurate handover and that every flight is fully and correctly catered. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating hi‑lift trucks to safely and on‑time service aircraft catering.
- Short‑distance driving, basic vehicle checks, and refuelling as required.
- Loading and unloading aircraft catering, carts, and ovens, and following up on any discrepancies.
- Positioning and guiding trucks in line with airport, airline, and company procedures.
- Communicating and coordinating with Cabin Crew for accurate service handover.
- Administrative documentation, reporting, and general cleaning duties asrequired.
About You
- Full ongoing working rights in Australia.
- Ability to pass pre‑employment checks, incl. National Police Check and medical assessment.
- MR or HR driver’s license.
- Availability to work shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound numeracy skills foraccuratedocumentation and reporting.
