What You'll Be Doing

- Managing incoming collaboration and partnership enquiries
- Coordinating influencer and partner gifting, maintaining accurate records and tracking deliveries
- Maintain and update the Loco Love website, including product pages, landing pages, blogs, banners and campaign content. Ensure all website content is accurate, on-brand and up to date, while supporting new product launches, promotions and ongoing eCommerce optimisation.
- Assist with ongoing website maintenance, testing and troubleshooting as required.
- Responding to comments and messages across our social media channels in Loco Love's tone of voice
- Preparing and printing retail,



wholesale and event marketing materials
- Uploading and organising content across Pinterest and other social platforms
- Assisting with campaign administration and day-to-day marketing projects
- Supporting content preparation, including captions, community responses and basic copywriting
- Resizing, organising and filing marketing assets
- Maintaining marketing trackers and reporting documents with accuracy and attention to detail

About You

- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive and happy to jump in wherever support is needed
- Tech-savvy, with confidence using digital marketing and project management tools such as Shopify, Asana, Canva and other marketing platforms.
- A strong written communicator with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content and connect authentically with our community.
- Passionate about marketing, social media and brand storytelling
- Comfortable using Canva, social media platforms and standard office software
- Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Positive, collaborative and eager to learn
- Experience in marketing, communications or social media is highly regarded, although formal qualifications are not essential.
