Based in Zillmere, QLD, our Installation, Service & After Sales (ISA) team manages every stage of outdoor play and fitness projects, from scope through to handover.
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our ISA team on a full time, permanent. Full training is provided, and we’ll negotiate salary for the right experience level.
The Role
You’ll be the main point of administrative support for our Project Managers, working closely with Sales, Pre‑sales and installation teams to keep projects on track and customers informed from scope of works through to project handover.
What You’ll Do
- Liaise with Sales & Pre‑sales teams to determine scope of works and material specifications
- Work with KOMPAN Project Managers to sequence and coordinate works to meet customer expectations
- Process orders and purchasing for all projects requiring installation
- Communicate project information to all stakeholders
- Manage OHSE administration and create site‑specific maintenance manuals
- Liaise with suppliers regarding shipping & arrival dates
- Manage install subcontractor schedules and close out admin on completed projects
About You
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service or project administration role
- Strong problem‑solving skills and resilience in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Office 365, CRM, Navision, Microsoft Project highly regarded)
- Excellent communication skills and an exceptional eye for detail
- A friendly, upbeat person who builds strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
