The Role

Snowy River Caravans is seeking Production / Assembly Workers who can do electrical fit off work, to join our growing team in Somerton (Melbourne Northern Suburbs). This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with training provided. Perfect for candidates with experience in manufacturing, assembly, trades, or those wanting to build a hands‑on career.

Key Responsibilities

- Fit off 12V and some 240V caravan components using hand and power tools
- Inverter experience highly regarded
- Follow standard operating procedures and meet production targets
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
- Maintain strict adherence to health & safety requirements
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Identify and report potential risks or quality issues

About You

- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, trades, or labouring (preferred but not essential)
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet
- Solid work ethic and reliability
- Team player with good communication skills
- Commitment to safety and quality
