APG Workforce is seeking an experienced Program Support Officer (AO3) to join the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR), based in Buderim.

- North Coast Region, QLD
- $56.72 per hour + super
- Monday–Friday | Up to 38 hours per week

This role sits within the Governance and Design team and provides high-level administrative, coordination and operational support to the Stakeholder Management unit. You will play a key role in managing priorities, improving processes and ensuring effective business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and triage high-volume inboxes, correspondence and stakeholder enquiries
- Provide administrative and operational support across the team
- Maintain databases, reporting tools and records with accuracy
- Assist with governance, compliance and document control activities
- Prepare reports, dashboards and updates for stakeholders
- Support engagement activities and coordination of resources




- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and workflows

About You:

- Demonstrated experience in administration, program support or coordination roles
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience managing stakeholder enquiries and correspondence
- Robust Microsoft Office skills including Teams and SharePoint
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a cooperative team environment
- Experience within Queensland Government or public sector environments highly regarded
