About the role:

Working in our brand-new restaurant and cafe, you'll play an key role in delivering exceptional food and service to our members and guests. You'll work alongside a passionate kitchen team committed to quality, consistency, and innovation. We will have a mix of full-time and casual roles available.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present high-quality meals with consistency and attention to detail.
- Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front of house teams to deliver outstanding service.
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory control, and minimising waste.




- Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to help create an exceptional dining experience.

About you:

We're looking for people who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

You will ideally have:

- A qualification as a Chef, experience working as a Cook, or be a current Apprentice Chef.
- A genuine passion for quality food and customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- A commitment to food safety and workplace cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
