The Role
The RoleAs a Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of our team, helping us deliver exceptional customer care. In this role, you’ll:
- Provide outstanding customer service and expert advice on health and beauty products.
- Assist customers with prescription submissions to our pharmacists.
- Invoicing and stocktaking
- Operate the point of sale and manage cash handling.
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Promote current sales and product offerings to customers.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A friendly and engaging personality with a passion for customer service.
- Previous experience in pharmacy or retail (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional presentation and a customer-first attitude.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work 9am-5pm 3 days per week (Monday- Friday)
Bonus Points If You Have:
- A Certificate in Community Pharmacy (I-IV).
- Experience with MINFOS or FRED dispensing systems.
