As part of this growth, the firm is looking to appoint a Client Service Manager to support one of their senior financial advisers. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in a financial planning environment who’s looking to deepen their expertise, contribute to a dynamic team, and grow within a business that prioritises career development and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client files and ensure smooth administrative workflows

- Liaise directly with clients and advisers to support daily operations

- Prepare SOA documentation in collaboration with paraplanners





- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and licensee standards

- Submit and follow up on documentation with product providers

- Handle client queries promptly and professionally

- Assist in the implementation of advice and provide ongoing service support

About You

- Minimum 12 months of experience in a financial planning support role is essential

- Solid understanding of advice processes and client service delivery

- Familiarity with Xplan (preferred, not essential)

- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills

- Skilled, client-centric communicator

- Team-oriented, dependable, and proactive

What’s on Offer

- Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Super + Bonus (based on experience)
