Motor Neurone Disease New South Wales – Gladesville NSW

We are seeking a professional to work with a committed workforce, responsible for providing ongoing support, information and education to people living with MND, family members and health and community care providers from across NSW, ACT and the NT.

This position will be responsible for the ongoing delivery of support programs for family carers of people living with MND. The successful applicant will ideally be based at Gladesville, however versatile working conditions are offered and other NSW locations may be considered.

We are seeking candidates with:

- Tertiary qualifications in health or human sciences or significant relevant experience in community or health services
- Experience planning, designing and delivering support programs,



events and activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficient computer literacy skills
- A proven ability to develop and manage projects.

Knowledge of MND, while an advantage is not a prerequisite as training and a comprehensive orientation program will be provided.

The candidate will require a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
