We are a family-owned centre looking for a passionate full-time Trainee Assistant Educator who is excited to be part of a warm, supportive team and help create a high-quality learning environment where children can thrive.

This is a rare prospect to earn an income while you learn on the job and be part of a beautifully renovated, family-owned centre from the very beginning of its next chapter. Licensed for 75–80 children, our service has been thoughtfully designed to create a calm, inspiring and high-quality environment where children can learn through play, exploration and meaningful relationships.

A key feature of our centre is our strong focus on natural environments and nature-based learning. Our outdoor spaces include a large natural playground, a dedicated loose parts play yard, chickens and guinea pigs, and a small produce garden where children can engage with experiences such as growing lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and other seasonal produce. We are looking for trainees who genuinely value the role of the natural environment in children’s learning and who want to be part of rich, play-based educational experiences grounded in curiosity, creativity and connection to the natural world.
