Workforce International is looking for a Production Worker to work Monday to Thursday for one of our clients located in Somersby. As a Production Worker you will be an essential part of the production team, responsible for ensuring that our products are manufactured to quality standard, packaged accurately and on time. Your primary role is to operate machines and production equipment to ensure they achieve the desired functions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Manufacture, mix, and package farming products like fertilizers and pesticides by handling raw materials
- Operate basic factory machinery, and maintaining strict safety rules
- Weigh and load raw chemical ingredients into production equipment according to precise formulas and specifications.




- Accurately applying labels to products following specified guidelines and packaging of completed products
- Monitor the equipment and perform maintenance to ensure it produces high-quality products.
- Manual handling of boxes prepared for distribution
- Adhere to safety guidelines and keep the work area clean and organised

What we are looking for:

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing
- Robust manual handling skills and physical stamina to carry out repetitive tasks
- Someone who is punctual and reliable
