The Role

As Project Manager, you will take true ownership of projects from end-to-end. You will be highly engaged throughout the pre-construction, design, and planning phases, ensuring each client's specific requirements and vision are seamlessly translated through to the final delivery.

Acting as a key leader within the Queensland business, you will spearhead Design & Construct (D&C;)



and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) engagements, working closely with internal estimating, design, and pre-construction teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Your commercial acumen will be essential as you review and negotiate contracts, proactively mitigate risk, and maximize project profitability. Furthermore, you will lead and guide your project teams to ensure delivery deadlines are achieved in line with budgetary requirements, all while maintaining the high-quality standards and strong client relationships the company is known for.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a PM capacity managing the delivery of commercial (or similar) fitout/refurbishment/construction projects valued up to 10mil - D&C; experience is preferable.
- Experience leading client interactions throughout the preconstruction/D&C;/ECI processes.
- Robust understanding of the associated design/D&C;, fitout, refurbishment methodologies in live environments, as well as commercial contract management functions.
