We're looking for a reliable, safety-focused operator to join our busy recycling site.
What you'll be doing:
- Controlling the intake bay (managing truck flow for tipping)
- Pushing up materials into stockpiles
- Loading material into open-topped semi-trailers
- Must be physically capable of climbing in and out of machines repeatedly
- General housekeeping & maintaining secure site conditions
- Completing dockets & paperwork
- Police check and fitness test required
What you need:
- Driver Licence
- Strong work ethic & reliability
- Able to handle physical work
- FEL experience a bonus (not essential!)
Hours: Training 8am-4pm → 5am-1pm once competent Mon-Fri + occasional weekends Long-term role with permanent opportunity
