About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to further develop your trade skills across a diverse range of electrical work, including residential, commercial, and level 2 projects throughout NSW. You’ll work closely with experienced electricians, taking on increased responsibility while continuing your formal training.
Based at our Gregory Hills depot, you’ll regularly travel to both metro and regional projects throughout NSW.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and work alongside qualified electricians on installations, fault‑finding, and maintenance
- Carry out assigned electrical tasks under supervision in line with training stage and competencies
- Follow and promote protected work practices and WHS compliance on‑site
- Assist with job site setup and pack down
- Travel with the team to regional and metro job sites
- Actively participate in ongoing training, TAFE, and skills development
What You'll Need
- Currently a 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentice
- White Card (Construction Induction Safety Certificate)
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Tools of the Trade
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and a professional attitude on‑site and with clients
- Ability and willingness to travel and stay overnight when required
- Solid understanding of basic electrical tools, materials, and safety standards
