DYNACIV Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team in SEQ. As a Construction Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects in SEQ, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This full-time, hands-on position is an excellent chance for a skilled qualified to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

- Supervising and coordinating construction teams to ensure projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and schedule
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Communicating regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any concerns
- Assisting with and carrying our critical structural repairs
- Overseeing the efficient allocation of resources, including labour, equipment, and materials
- Providing guidance and hands-on training to promote high-quality workmanship and professional development
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to project activities

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials,



and equipment, as well as knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate construction teams
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and blueprints
- Proven track record of ensuring safe work practices and promoting a positive safety culture
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Diploma in Construction, Engineering or a Certificate IV in Building and Construction, are highly desirable
- Railway Industry Experience favourable
