Your Role

As Restaurant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the daily operations of one of our premium venues. Leading from the front, you'll inspire your team, create memorable guest experiences, and ensure every service reflects the high standards our venues are known for. Working closely with the Executive Chef and senior leadership team, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and the ongoing success of the business.

Your Key Responsibilities

As Restaurant Manager, you'll lead from the front, setting the tone for every service and creating an environment where both your team and guests thrive. You'll:

- Inspire, mentor and develop a passionate front-of-house team.
- Create memorable guest experiences that keep people coming back.
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy, premium restaurant, ensuring every service runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork and hospitality excellence.
- Manage rosters,



labour costs and operational performance.
- Build a high-performing team by developing capability, empowering your people and leading by example.
- Maintain exceptional standards across service, presentation, food safety and compliance.
- Partner with the Executive Chef and leadership team to achieve operational and commercial success.
- Continuously look for new ways to enhance the guest experience and improve team performance.

About You

You're a passionate hospitality leader who enjoys leading from the front and creating an environment where both guests and team members can thrive.

You’ll also bring:

- Previous Restaurant Manager experience within a premium, high-volume hospitality venue.
- A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful teams.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Solid communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing labour costs, productivity and day-to-day operations.
- The ability to remain calm, decisive and solutions-focused under pressure.
