Tasman Asset Management Services – Northgate QLD

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Scheduling/Operations coordinator to represent the Tasman Asset Management Customer Care Team. In this role you will deliver exceptional customer service, coordinating the delivery of reactive maintenance services. Your focus will be on ensuring efficiency and productivity while upholding our core values. You will play a key role in maintaining service standards and supporting the team in achieving outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule reactive and preventative works for electrical service contracts.
- Ensure all maintenance documentation and compliance paperwork is completed and submitted within required timeframes.
- Maintain service schedules to ensure works are completed on time.
- Upload and manage service reports and documentation within customer portals.
- Coordinate reactive maintenance and breakdown works, ensuring response times meet required SLA commitments.
- Order and track required parts and materials to support scheduled and reactive works.
- Assist with preparing quotations for maintenance and repair works.
- Close out completed work orders and update job status within internal systems and customer portals.
- Prepare completed jobs and supporting documentation for invoicing.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates on job progress, scheduling, and service outcomes.
- Liaise with technicians, suppliers, and customers to ensure efficient delivery of electrical service and maintenance activities

The Successful Applicant Will Have:

- 2+ years in a similar role,



preferably in electrical services (highly desirable but not essential).
- Proficient at operating MS Office Suite and SimPRO (or similar scheduling software)
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Commitment to working from the office five days per week at our Northgate location.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proactive, self-sufficient, and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
