SG Fleet is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to respond to day-to-day enquiries from novated clients, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining client information to meet expectations and deliver on operational objectives.
This role supports and works closely with the Customer Relationship Management team, handling phone and email enquiries, maintaining detailed notes, and ensuring accurate resolutions within our Fleet Management system to drive client
