We’re looking for someone who is practical, dependable, takes ownership and enjoys working outdoors. Someone who notices the little things and gets satisfaction from leaving every property looking better than when they found it.

While gardening is a big part of the role, it’s only part of the story. You’ll also carry out general property maintenance and help keep our fleet of vehicles safe, reliable and ready for the road. Together, these responsibilities help ensure our participants’ homes and our team’s vehicles remain safe, functional and well presented every day.

You’ll be trusted to manage your workload, plan your day and maintain a portfolio of homes and vehicles to a consistently high standard.

No two days are the same …

One day you might be mowing lawns and pruning gardens. The next you could be repairing a gate, arranging a vehicle service or preparing a property for a new participant. If you enjoy variety and like getting things done, you’ll fit right in.

- Lawn mowing, edging and garden maintenance
- Pruning, planting and weed control
- Pressure cleaning and maintaining tidy outdoor spaces




- Minor handyman repairs and general property maintenance
- Identifying maintenance issues and coordinating contractors
- Routine vehicle inspections and fleet presentation checks
- Coordinating vehicle servicing, repairs and registrations
- Collecting materials and supplies for maintenance works
- Conduct weekly fleet inspections to ensure vehicles are safe, clean and well presented, identifying any maintenance issues early
- Coordinate fleet servicing and repairs to keep vehicles reliable and ready for use

You’ll bring …

- Experience in gardening, landscaping or property maintenance.
- Confident using a range of tools and equipment.
- A current Australian Driver Licence.
- The ability to work safely and independently.
