We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Territory Managers to join our recently expanded field sales team.

As a Territory Manager, you’ll represent multiple leading brands across independent retailers.

You will be required to call and have ownership on, within an 8-week cycle, some overnight travel required.

NSW - Sydney & Surrounding Regions

Working as part of a dynamic team, you’ll be responsible for managing relationships, drive sales to achieve targets and uphold high standards in execution and compliance of in-store activity. You will play a key role in ensuring our brands are represented to the highest standards in store, while building robust relationships with stores and the wider Mac Team.

This is a hands on, field-based role, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a face past environment and contributing to a high performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow sales within independent retailers across your designated territory through direct selling & negotiating with Store Managers and owners
- Develop strong relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
- Present, promote, and merchandise multiple brands to maximise in-store impact.
- Identify sales opportunities and negotiate deals to increase distribution and off location activities.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to the leadership team.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales targets.

In-Store Execution

- Maintain high merchandising standards across assigned stores
- Tidy, organise,



and optimise shelves and displays
- Build and maintain off-location and promotional displays
- Ensure products are correctly ranged, ticketed, and presented
- Place orders and manage stock levels where required
- Identify and resolve availability or compliance issues

Relationship Management

- Build strong, professional relationships with store owners and managers
- Represent Mac Merchandising in a positive and professional manner at all times

Reporting & Systems

- Use company-issued iPads to complete reporting and data capture
- Accurately record store visits, tasks, and outcomes
- Follow campaign guidelines and internal processes
- Communicate insights and opportunities back to the wider team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- A strong work ethic and attention to detail with experience in FMCG, ideally Independent/Metcash retail channels
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Confidence working independently in the field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort using technology, including iPads and reporting systems
- Willingness to travel regionally when required
- A genuine interest in retail, merchandising, and brand execution

Requirements

- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel within your territory
- Availability for regional travel
- Ability to lift and move merchandising materials

Immediate start required if possible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 package per year
