About the Role/s:

We're looking for passionate and motivated chefs at all levels - Chef de Parties, Demi Chefs, Commis Chefs, and Cooks - to join our busy kitchen brigade. Whether you're just building your career or ready to step into a more senior role, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-energy coastal venue with a strong food offering and supportive team setting.

These roles are being offered on a casual basis, with full-time positions available for the right candidates, depending on skills, experience, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities (depending on position):

- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with venue standards
- Support senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Manage a section independently (Chef de Partie) with efficiency and consistency
- Assist with menu planning, specials, and seasonal offerings
- Maintain stock control, ordering, and waste minimisation practices
- Uphold kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting and mentoring junior staff

About You:

- Relevant commercial cookery qualification (dependent on level)
- Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen




- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Passionate about producing quality dishes and delivering a great guest experience
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to continuous learning
- Australian working rights are required for these roles (sponsorship is not available)
