Your NewRole

Reporting to the AreaManager, you will lead and manage the service to ensure operationin line with government regulations, legislation, National QualityFramework and organisational requirements. A key focus of the rollwill be to build and maintain stakeholder relationships to increasecommitment to the PCYC brand, while inspiring a supportive cultureof safety in line with PCYC Queenslandvalues.We’re committed to fostering asupportive, respectful, and positive atmosphere where everyone iswelcome.

AboutYou

- QualifiedService Managers require minimum Diploma in childhood studiesor other qualifications recognised by the regulatoryauthority
- UnqualifiedService Managers require minimum Certificate III in childhoodstudies or other qualifications recognised by the regulatoryauthority AND working towards a Diploma in childhood studies orother qualifications recognised by the regulatoryauthority
- Must hold one ofthe following child protection certificate CHCPRT025 - Identifyand report children and young people at risk, CHCPRT026 -Support the rights and safety of children and young people orCHCECE057 - Use collaborative practices to uphold childprotection principles
- Ability to takeon responsibility of Nominated supervisor
- Demonstratedknowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing FunSquad operations
- Demonstratedexperience in leading and managing a multidisciplinary FunSquad team
- Hold a Workingwith Children Check/Blue Card (or able to obtain)
- Hold a currentFirst Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)
