Join Poolwerx Sherwood, Yeronga & Fairfield as a Pool Technician & Equipment Installer.

You'll diagnose faults, install and repair pumps, filters, chlorinators, heaters and automation systems across residential and commercial pools.

This hands-on technical role includes fault finding, plumbing and installing pumps, filters, chlorinators, heaters and automation systems, equipment repairs, water balancing and preventative maintenance. You'll also prepare quotes, complete digital service reports and deliver outstanding customer service.

We welcome experienced Pool Technicians as well as candidates from plumbing, HVAC, irrigation and mechanical backgrounds.

Pool industry experience is highly regarded, but we also welcome applicants from plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, irrigation and mechanical backgrounds. Full training and ongoing career development are provided.

What's on Offer

- $65,000–$85,000 + Super (dependent on experience)

- Fully maintained company vehicle

- Monday–Friday with optional weekend work

About the Role

Your day will include:

- Diagnosing and repairing pool equipment

- Installing pumps, filters, chlorinators, heaters and automation systems

- PVC plumbing and equipment upgrades

- Pool servicing and water balancing

- Troubleshooting leaks and flow issues

- Preparing quotes and recommending solutions

- Completing digital job reports

- Delivering outstanding customer service

About You

You’ll have:

- Current driver’s licence (manual preferred)

- Strong mechanical aptitude

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work independently

- Commitment to safe work practices
