Carpentry Apprentice – Residential Construction | Brisbane

PPI Property Group is an established Brisbane-based builder/developer delivering high-end homes and boutique townhouse developments across Brisbane. Unlike traditional builders, we are also the developer meaning our projects are well-documented, well-funded, and professionally managed from start to finish.

Due to a strong and secure pipeline of work, we are seeking a full-time Carpentry Apprentice to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn the trade the right way, working alongside and being mentored by experienced carpenters, site supervisors and our construction manager. As part of our in-house carpentry team, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full life cycle of a project from initial site works right through to handover building a well-rounded foundation and knowledge of residential construction. In return, we offer a competitive above-award hourly rate plus a fuel card.

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Assisting with high-end carpentry and structural works
- Exposure to all stages of the construction from site works all the way to handover
- Supporting site preparation and day-to-day construction activities




- Learning from and working alongside experienced carpenters and leading hands
- Helping maintain clean, organised, and safe work sites

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Someone who has commenced or is looking to commence a Certificate III in Carpentry
- A genuine enthusiasm for the trade and a willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
- White Card (required)
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transport capable of carrying tools and materials
- Someone who keeps their workspace clean and organised
