Production Operator / Process Worker Join a leading Australian manufacturer supplying premium horticultural and agricultural products nationwide. Due to continued growth, NX Blue is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our Packing Line team as Production Operators.

About the Role

Working as part of our production and packing team, your duties may include:

- Operating and monitoring packing lines and conveyor systems
- Bagging, palletising, and manual handling tasks
- Conducting quality checks to maintain high standards
- Carry out general labouring and warehouse duties, including loading and unloading materials, stock movement, and manual handling.
- Assist with painting, touch‑up work, and maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.




- Support the production and warehouse teams with a variety of day‑to‑day operational tasks as required.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures while working effectively as part of the team.

What We’re Looking For

- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting and standing
- Reliable and safety‑focused
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with solid communication skills
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
