Deacon Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple multiresidential townhouse projects on the Gold Coast. The role is predominantly office-based with emphasis on planning, documentation review and programming before construction commences on site.
You will review plans, identify omissions, develop construction programs and coordinate procurement. A solid background in residential townhouse projects and a site-management to project-management transition is preferred.
