Responsibilities
- Implementvisual merchandising guidelines and brand standards
- Setup and refresh window displays, in-store fixtures and promotional zones
- Executeseasonal launches, sale changeovers and product resets
- Maintainhigh presentation standards throughout trading periods
- Replenishstock and ensure accurate product placement and signage
- Identifyand report stock or visual issues to relevant stakeholders
- Workefficiently within tight deadlines and varying store environments
- Representpremium brands professionally on the shop floor
- Engagecustomers and communicate key brand messages
- Driveproduct awareness through confident customer interaction
- Supportpromotional events, campaigns and peak trade periods
- Educatestore staff on product features and selling points
- Providefeedback on customer insights and store performance
Your Profile
- Previousexperience in visual merchandising, retail presentation or brandactivation
- Strongunderstanding of department store environments
- Professionalpresentation and confident communication skills
- Abilityto work independently while following brand guidelines
- Flexibleand reliable approach to casual campaign work
- Availabilityfor weekends, early mornings or late-night retail setups when required
- Abilityto travel across Mackay locations as required
