Heli Surveys, part of the Morris Group, seeks a Senior Base Engineer (LAME) to lead maintenance of AS350/H125, Bell 407, 212 and 412 fleets from the Jindabyne base. This role requires solid leadership, regulatory compliance and a hands-on approach to ensure airworthiness across a diverse flight operations network.

You will collaborate with the Chief Engineer and HAAMC, manage a team of LAMEs, AMEs and Apprentices, and may travel to remote bases as required.
