At The Creek Early Learning in beautiful Mountain Creek, we’re expanding our team and seeking passionate Educators to support our thriving service. You'll be joining an experienced and supportive team, led by an inspiring Service Manager, and working in a thoughtfully designed learning environment inspired by nature.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking Educators who:

- Are genuinely passionate about working in Early Childhood Education

- Inspire a love of learning through creativity and play

- Work collaboratively with a team to design engaging programs

- Foster inclusive, fun, and safe learning environments

- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

- Embrace innovation and uphold our centre's philosophy

- Have strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework

- Are flexible, adaptable, and dependable

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)

- Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

- Current First Aid & CPR certification (HLTAID012 or equivalent)

- Previous experience working with children aged 6 weeks to 6 years

- Availability to work a range of shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm
