Based in our Bokarina showroom, a rare position has become available in this long standing team. This casual role puts you on the front line of customer experience helping customers find the right solution while driving sales and store performance.
Key responsibilities
Provide friendly, knowledgeable and personalised customer service to all clients
Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences
Effectively demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
Process sales transactions and handle cash, cards and other payment methods
Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing retail workplace
Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and store sales targets
Develop product knowledge to become an expert in the outdoor furniture and accessories industry
Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities
What we're looking for
An awesome team member who has a passion for closing sales!
Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role
Available for 3-4 days per week which will include a weekend day, casual role with option to part time or full time
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Enthusiasm for the outdoor living and home furnishings industry
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
