Clinic Manager – Owner-Operator Opportunity

Salary Range: $90,000 to $100,000 per annum plus profit share.

What Does Owner-Operator Mean?

This is not a franchise or legal business ownership role. You will not own the business, but you will operate the clinic with an owner’s mindset.

You will be trusted to run the clinic like it is your own, taking responsibility for sales, client experience, team performance, costs, rostering, KPIs and P&L; outcomes, while being supported by the Body Catalyst brand, systems and support office.

About the Role

Body Catalyst Mount Gravatt is a busy, fast-paced clinic with huge potential for growth. As Owner-Operator, you will lead a team of 3-5 employees, drive clinic performance and help take the business to its next level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead,



support and develop a team of 3-5 employees.
- Drive clinic revenue, sales, consultations, bookings and lead follow-up.
- Take ownership of clinic KPIs, wages, expenses and P&L; performance.
- Create rosters based on clinic demand and business needs.
- Train, mentor and support team members into senior positions.
- Ensure treatments and client care are delivered to Body Catalyst standards.
- Maintain a professional, clean and high-performing clinic environment.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with confidence.
- Support local marketing, content creation and growth opportunities.
- Make decisions with a commercial, growth-focused owner’s mindset.

- Is commercially minded and confident with sales, costs and KPIs.
