Drake International are currently seeking all levels of experienced Machine Operators / labourers to join one of Australia's leading integrated steel manufacturing business.

Multiple opportunities are available across Brisbane for reliable and safety-focused individuals looking for long-term employment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Working within a steel production facility, you will be responsible for operating processing machinery, performing quality checks, handling steel products and supporting production outcomes while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.

What we are offering:

- Day Shift $40.17 ph | 6am to 2pm
- Afternoon shift $46.19 ph |2pm to 10pm
- Early finishes Friday
- Overtime available | Penalty rates
- Street Parking available
- Weekly Pay
- Ongoing Training

About the role

- Operating machinery such as forklift, over head crane, tack welding
- Assisting with physical labour tasks, handling steel coil & bar
- Processing Machine Operation
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working in a heavy industrial workplace

Must haves:





- Previous labouring or machine operating experience within manufacturing, production or steel environments
- Ability to perform repetitive manual handling and physically demanding tasks
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable attendance and work ethic
- Ability to turn up every day between Monday and Friday

Nice to have:

- Forklift ticket or willingness to get one
- Previous machine operating experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Steel industry experience
