Sales Representative - FMCG Operations & Field Support Coordinator

Brisbane, Windsor QLD | Full Time Hours | $70 – 75 k neg based on experience

Retail Tasker are Specialists in Sales & Merchandising for Australia’s favourite brands

They are looking for a proactive, accurate, people‑loving sales professional who can switch gears between office sales support and field sales representation with ease.

If you’re the kind of person who:

- Picks things up quickly
- Spots problems before they happen
- Loves talking to customers and smashing admin
- Actually enjoys selling

In this role, you’ll:

- Supporting the sales team from the office (training, data, follow‑ups)
- Getting out in the field building relationships and driving sales
- Talking to buyers, reps and store managers – confidently and professionally




- Making sure nothing falls through the cracks (accuracy matters here)

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

- Fast, organised and detail‑obsessed (in a valuable way)
- Comfortable selling and influencing face‑to‑face
- Naturally proactive – you don’t wait to be told
- Excellent with people at all levels
- Experienced in FMCG, retail or field sales (highly regarded)
- Solid understanding of sales & merchandising (planogram experience essential)
