Hughenden Mechanical Services (HMS) is looking for a motivated and experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our busy workshop in Hughenden.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the workshop, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising and supporting workshop staff
- Scheduling and coordinating daily workshop jobs
- Maintaining a safe and productive work environment
- Liaising with customers and keeping them updated on repairs
- Assisting with job planning and workflow
- Maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer service
What we’re looking for:
- Experienced Diesel Mechanic ready to take the next step into a leadership role
- Solid mechanical knowledge, preferably in diesel, trucks, heavy equipment and light vehicles
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to lead a team and manage competing priorities
- A proactive, reliable and positive attitude
- Experience with Cummins engines, trucks, earthmoving equipment and light vehicles is highly regarded.
