About the role

As our Kindergarten Teacher, you will:

Lead a high-quality Queensland Government Approved Kindergarten Program.

Create meaningful learning experiences that reflect the Early Years Learning Framework and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline.

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Foster environments where every child experiences safety, belonging, inclusion and cultural safety.

Work alongside an experienced leadership and curriculum team committed to excellence.

Contribute to a culture of reflection, curiosity and continuous improvement.

About you

You will:

Hold, or be eligible for, an Australian-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of play-based learning and contemporary early childhood pedagogy.

Have a strong understanding of child safety and cultural safety within the Australian early childhood context, including your role in creating environments where every child feels safe, respected,



heard and a true sense of belonging.

Value relationships, belonging and children's rights.

Be committed to creating culturally safe, inclusive and responsive learning environments for every child and family.

Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

International Applicants
