Wingboy is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our Haymarket location! If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love supporting a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen staff
- Ensure smooth service and exceptional customer experiences
- Assist in managing inventory, costs, and sales targets
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in restaurant
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills




- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Positive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Must have RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Must have the correct visa to work in Australia
- Must hold First Aid certification
